Frankenstein with a Sharpie

Gabby S. Tiongson a.k.a. “DIKO” wields a Sharpie with the surgical precision of a scalpel. Black lines, sure and strong, cut through paper giving life to creations pulled from Tiongson’s cerebrum. Like a hyper-energetic Frankenstein, the 26-year-old concocts “design ideas” that graft together body parts—human, animal, and imaginary. His background in medicine has given him the confidence to toy with nature and the gall to replace a pig’s ears with human hands. Or you can find out more info on their blog.

Here is the final look of him, I spent an extra week to do some changes, but its worth it! Atleast, I like it better, hope you feel the same.

My custom 3A’s Popbot which is inspired by the Super Solider “Captain America”, it stands at 14.5″ tall, comes with a gun and a custom made Shield. He will be available at www.toyqube.com on 08.23.11 1:00pm EST.

I just finished painting it today, spent some time on sculpting the mask and the shield, it comes out nice hope you like them too. They’ll be available at www.toyqube.com very soon, more pics to come!!

I’m working some customs based on Ashley Wood’s Popbot figure, they’re 14.5″ tall if you don’t have one. I believe that you can see what I’m working on them. Stay tuned!! More pics to come.!

I am honored to be invited at the panel discussion for “Vinyl Frontier” at SDCC last week. There are alot of more in the DVD, about different artists and their works, to check out more — www.thevinylfrontiermovie.​com It went really well, thanks for everyone who showed up.

Spent the whole week at SDCC, it was fun and after doing the 5th SDCC, I finally able to check out the Sea World at SD. Its really worth it to go.

If you didn’t make it to SDCC, I have some of my releases available at ToyQube now, the “Deep-Sea Dracula”, MIni Myth Warriors and some other custom figures.

I spent most of my time last week on those bad boys, they came out great, hope you like them too! A total of 12pcs, 4 different version, comes in Blue, Yellow, Red & Green.

Here is the painted look of my latest toy creation, the Deep-Sea Dracula. It stands at 5.5″ tall. This SDCC exclusive casts in translucent red resin. More info coming next week!
